The complete edition of this Rollercoaster Tycoon-esque business management game was announced during the Gamescom 2020 Opening Night Live pre-show this morning, and can be pre-purchased through the Switch eShop now. Jurassic World Evolution, which debuted at Gamescom 2017, allows players to “bring the wonder, majesty, and danger of dinosaurs to life” for scientific, entertainment, or security interests, according to its official website.

On top of being able to build a park, players can bioengineer over 60 dinosaurs with unique behaviors, traits, and appearances, and then use those creatures to fund further research projects. The complete edition of Jurassic World Evolution will include four expansions: The Herbivore Dinosaur Pack, Carnivore Dinosaur Pack, Cretaceous Dinosaur Pack, and DLC Deluxe Dinosaur Pack.
The idea of being able to play with dinosaurs is undoubtedly appealing, and has been the crux of numerous games beyond Frontier Developments’ park simulator. Earlier this month, Mojang’s sandbox building game Minecraft added Jurassic World DLC that also lets players craft their own iconic dinosaurs.
Jurassic World Evolution: Complete Edition will release on Switch November 3, 2020.
